Do you want to reduce stress, feel grounded and be more calm? Are you interested in becoming stronger and more flexible while you deepen your yoga practice?

 

Then join Pamela as she leads you through meditations and yoga poses which are linked with the breath and are based on safe alignment and thoughtful transitions. Enjoy a variety of class styles, from Aerial, Vinyasa, Hatha, Gentle, Yin and Myofascial Release.

 

Most classes are practiced at an easy pace suitable for beginners as well as experienced yogis, with modification suggestions based on individual needs.

 

Self-empowerment is fundamental to her practice and her lighthearted teaching style is infused with encouragement and acceptance. One of Pamela's passions is to help others find relief from stress and anxiety through yoga, meditation and sound healing.

 

A student of yoga and meditation since her twenties, Pamela completed her 200 hour Ayurvedic based Yoga Teacher Training with Sarahjoy Marsh in November 2015. Later that same year Pamela traveled to India to deepen her Yoga training and practice. She also draws on her coaching experience from her years as a professional figure skater.

Currently an E-RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance, Pamela continues to study with more experienced teachers worldwide to deepen her daily practice and grow as a teacher.
